Job Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join Tate’s International Partnerships team and play a key role in managing our international tours of exhibitions drawn from Tate’s collection.
The International Partnerships team at Tate is seeking a Project Curator to manage a portfolio of touring exhibition projects – sharing Tate’s collection around the world in partnership with international partner museums.
The team is responsible for touring Tate-curated exhibitions internationally, generating income and new audiences for Tate through this process. Project Curators are responsible for overseeing these projects, working collaboratively with colleagues at Tate and our international partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience of partnership work and/or stakeholder management as well as the practical aspects of exhibition-making. They will be an excellent communicator with strong project management skills, experienced in managing risk and budgets and a strong sense of attention to detail. They will also be comfortable representing Tate and working with colleagues at different levels.
