The French Institute of Cameroon and the Cité internationale des arts announce the second edition of ‘Cité 237 / French Institute of Cameroon x Cité internationale des arts’ creation and research residency programme for Cameroonian artists, working and residing in Cameroon. The objective of this programme is to encourage and facilitate the mobility of Cameroonian artists and to expand their professional and artistic network.

A jury of art and culture professionals will select 3 artists for a three-month residency from 03 October to 27 December 2024.

The residency

The residency programme will host three artists for a residency from 03 October to 27 December 2024.
 

The recipients will benefit from :

– Support, meeting times and networking organised by the partners of the residency programme;

– The provision of a living and working space at the Cité internationale des arts;

– A living allowance of 1000 euros per month;

– International transport to and from the Paris airports.
